Nunley began his broadcasting career at age 14,
with WGNS-AM in Murfreesboro, TN. There he
learned to appreciate the value of local broadcasting.
From local festivals, to Sunday Morning celebrations,
Will learned how local broadcasting touched each
corner of the community.
At age 18, Nunley began work with Clear Channel
Communications in Nashville, where he served as the
Assistant Director of Programming for WLAC-AM.
This 'mega station' introduced will to the true power
of radio and corporate structure in broadcasting.
After developing leadership and market skills at WLAC, will began work as an
Associate Producer with WKRN-TV (ABC) in Nashville. It was here the
faced-paced introduction to television began. From writing, to news
management and electronic news-gathering, Nunley's eyes were opened to the
many aspects of television new production. This experience led him to begin
work as a Reporter for WSAV-TV in Savannah, Georgia at age 20. As a young
reporter, Nunley's first assignment was to cover the G-8 Summit in Savannah.
Add to that, military training assignments and coverage of Hurricane Katrina,
Nunley was able to broadcast several notable regional events.
By age 24, NUnley was an Anchor and reporter for WAGT-TV (NBC) in
beautiful Augusta, Georgia - where he resides today. In late 2007, Will left
WAGT-TV to begin Will Nunley Broadcasting LLC, a small broadcasting
organization. Today, WNB-LLC operates WNRR-AM (www.newsradio1230.com)
and the Hometown Traffic Network (www.hometowntrafficnetwork.com). Nunley
continues work as  professional voice artist and freelance television talent.
